NeuronGrowth contains six complementary tools. The main tool allows neurite tracing along the image sequence. The other five tools are for preprocessing of the image sequences. Their use depends on the specific requirements of the image sequences. Each tool is described briefly in the NeuronGrowth quick reference manual, and example of how to made a neurite outgrouth quantification over an image sequence is described on the quatification of neurite lengths in a sequence HowTo text:
